Is the festival only information and application online? I can only find the applications for the competitions!

In submitting video-screening content for the solo piano category (either rising star or professional), does the repertoire have to match the repertoire to be performed in the final in-person round? Also, is the professional solo pianists required to submit 4 pieces for the video screening round thanks from each of the genres, or can the video screening round have more freedom in number of pieces and genre selection? My name is Natalia Ramirez. I’m a piano teacher from Medellin, Colombia.
I was recently watching the event and it seems like a great opportunity. I would like to know what the value of the application is just for the contest. I would also like to ask how we can apply for scholarships and if there are any discounts for teachers. For us it is a very high price since we must also buy tickets from Colombia. I would be interested in traveling with 3 students and they would travel with me as their tutor.
