2. How can apply for the scholarship? (I have submitted my video links in my application form) When can get the result of my scholarship?
3. I choose to participate in the session 2 (8/9-14), I just want to make sure that I will participate in this session, since I saw that I need to contact you about which session I will participate in your website.
4. Can I choose which professor I want to have lessons with? When and how to do that?
5. What will be included in your workshop, since I saw that in one session I will have three private lessons and two workshops.

Hello, I would like to enter my child's (Joaquin Wong) first piano competition online. He just turned 8, has been taking piano lessons for 2 years. What group should he enter? Young Musician II or III? How many piano submissions can he enter? Should the video be uploaded at the time we submit application online, or can we register him online first then submit the video later? When is the deadline for video submission, same day for online submission on July 15? He would like to play Mozart's Sonata 16 Allegro or Rondo (or both). My name is Asher and I’m interested in applying to the piano competition but on the application it looks like even when I select competition only it still automatically placed me in a session of the festival which I don’t want. Any suggestions on what to do? Also is the competition completely online? I can’t afford to go anywhere right now for an event like that.

Thanks for your message about the Chicago International Music Competition and Festival. Don't worry about the Festival dates on the application. If you choose only to participate in the competition. Our application system will put you on the competition only list. We won't charge you the festival fee.
